John founded J.N. Solutions in 2001 to pursue his belief that each customer, which includes employers and employees, deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential. As achieving one's potential is dependent upon those one works with, John and his team have developed a unique set proprietary tools, methodologies and services that empower each customer to make more effectual choices about their talent.
Previously, John spent two years with Howard Fischer Associates focused on the executive staffing needs of Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies. John began his career as an executive recruiter in 1994 with IBM (formerly Kenexa). John earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics & Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations, from Ursinus College.
John is driven to continuously learn and loves to study the endless variability of humanity. As much as John loves the impact J.N. Solutions has had on the trajectory of businesses and the lives of others, John's favorite thing in the world is being a father. Among the many people who have contributed to his growth, being a dad inspires him to work towards his own potential more than any other factor.
James Farnham
Vice President
James’ passion for talent acquisition was borne out of his ability and enjoyment in engaging with people. From devising strategies to identify and attract leaders that will help grow companies, to consulting with candidates to fulfill their career aspirations, James is in his element.
His career in talent acquisition spans 20+ years. He has served industries including, but not limited to, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, hospital/healthcare, biotech, consumer product goods and technology. James has held roles including Executive Search Consultant for IBM (Kenexa), Practice Leader with the boutique consulting firm, DoubleStar, and for the last 12+ years, he has led domestic and international talent acquisition functions for US-based and multinational companies. James graduated with a bachelor's degree from Penn State University with a major in Economics and minor in Real Estate.
James is happiest when he is enjoying the great outdoors with his wife, three daughters, and good friends. What he most enjoys is getting on his road bike and participating in a bike tour, navigating his mountain bike on challenging trails, snow and water skiing, and landscaping around his gentlemen’s farm property.

Tina Cochrane is passionate about helping others. She began her recruiting career 20+ years ago in a technology focused industry. Since then, she has successfully worked across multiple industries including life sciences, healthcare, marketing, operations, and sales. Tina is adept at working with leadership to build results-driven teams. She is always learning and enjoys solving complex problems with scalable solutions.
Tina resides in North Carolina with her husband, three daughters, two dogs, two cats, and a turtle. She is eager to help advance female founders and leaders. That passion has led her to serve as a founding leader with the Women's Alliance, UPWARD Women, and Empowering Women Together organizations. With her natural curiosity to always learn new things she spends her spare time reading, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying time with her children.

Diane is driven to make a positive impact that helps people and companies transform and grow. She is passionate about learning and uses her natural curiosity to create opportunities and solve problems in a systematic way.
She began her career in Human Resources for a global telecommunications company. For the past 20+ years, Diane has been a talent strategist and partner to leading companies in life science, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, technology, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries. Diane also provides executive coaching to leaders at some of the world’s best companies. She holds a master’s degree in Liberal Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Diane is a certified Business Coach.
Diane is happiest at home when she is building something – plans for a new travel adventure, expanding her book collection, mapping out a new garden, or designing a space in her new house that she shares with her husband and spirited dog, Lola.
Ashley Pogue
Operations Manager
Ashley is driven each day to help others. She focuses on where she can provide support, insight, and organization so others can focus on their growth. Ashley enjoys the behind-the-scenes role in helping companies and people succeed.
Ashley is the resident expert on the tools and workflows that make JN Solutions run efficiently. She comes from the leading venture capital firm, First Round, where she was a back office swiss army knife managing accounting, events, and multiple offices. She studied at the University of Kentucky, where she received her BS in Merchandising.
When Ashley is not creating operational excellence, you can find her spending time with her family, testing out new recipes and kitchen gadgets, and organizing anything she can get her hands on.
