John W. Nilon, III

Founder & CEO

John founded J.N. Solutions in 2001 to pursue his belief that each customer, which includes employers and employees, deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential. As achieving one's potential is dependent upon those one works with, John and his team have developed a unique set proprietary tools, methodologies and services that empower each customer to make more effectual choices about their talent.

Previously, John spent two years with Howard Fischer Associates focused on the executive staffing needs of Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies. John began his career as an executive recruiter in 1994 with IBM (formerly Kenexa). John earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics & Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations, from Ursinus College.

John is driven to continuously learn and loves to study the endless variability of humanity. As much as John loves the impact J.N. Solutions has had on the trajectory of businesses and the lives of others, John's favorite thing in the world is being a father. Among the many people who have contributed to his growth, being a dad inspires him to work towards his own potential more than any other factor.


Diane Craver

Diane began her career in Human Resources for a global telecommunications company. For the past 20+ years, she has been a talent strategist and partner to leading companies in life science, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, technology, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries. Diane also provides executive coaching to leaders at some of the world’s best companies. Diane holds a master’s degree in Liberal Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a certified Business Coach.

Diane is driven to make a positive impact that helps people and companies transform and grow. She is passionate about learning and uses her natural curiosity to create opportunities and solve problems in a systematic way. Diane is happiest at home when she is building something – plans for a new travel adventure, expanding her book collection, mapping out a new garden, or designing a space in her new house that she shares with her husband and spirited dog, Lola.


Zac Keller

Hi! My name is Zac Keller and I probably will like you. I went to the Naval Academy where I studied History and Engineering. I went on to become a Surface Warfare Officer where I traveled the world and conducted counter-piracy, counter-narcotic and teaching "outside the box" thinking to various Armed Forces. A fun fact is that I have been to every continent less Antarctica by the time I was 25. I left active duty in 2014 to start a family and seek adventures in various parts of corporate America.

I joined St. Jude Medical and learned how to sell biomedical equipment like pacemakers. I developed a strategy for sales that eventually got me poached by Medtronic and in an expansive corporate role. I did well at bringing new technology to market and develop strategies to win business in new verticals. But, something was a miss. I tried consulting, I tried training, and I tried a few other avenues before I finally made the call to slow down, evaluate myself, my gifts, my life and my direction.

I found myself with wise counsel looking at the tools I had and figuring out my calling. My calling would be recruiting and returning to service. I joined the Select Reserves as a Lieutenant Commander in order to help lead our nation to a better future. I love Sailors and I love people. Being a recruiter allows me to understand people, learning about their behavior, understand their motivations and build them into the people the were called to be. Oh, I’m also pursuing a Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. It makes sense when you get to know me. I like the big picture and learning what makes everything and everyone tick. We are a dynamic species and understanding ourselves will better enable us to fight the good fight we were called to.

Ashley Pogue

Operations Manager

Ashley manages operations at JN Solutions. She's the resident expert on the tools and workflows that make JN Solutions run efficiently.

Ashley comes to JN Solutions from leading venture capital firm First Round Capital, where she was a back office swiss army knife managing accounting, events, and multiple offices.

When she's not creating operational excellence at JN Solutions, you can find her spending time with her family, using her air fryer, and organizing anything she can get her hands on.


Ben Salzer

As a recent graduate from Temple University in Economics, I enjoy using my analytical skills to catalyze improvements in efficiency and quality for our wide array of projects. I immediately felt comfortable upon joining the J.N. Solutions team in July '19 due to its culture of humility and enthusiasm. Even though I have been in my position for over a year now, I still get excited to learn new techniques from my colleagues and continue to develop my own style!
